Well, this summer has been odd to say the least. One week after school was out in June Drew went to camp as a camper. He spent two weeks as a camper and then took one off for Family Camp. He went back for the third junior week and spent one almost full week at home. Now he is gone on vacation with Grammy and Papa! Summer is flying by and I've barely seen my son! He had a great time at camp. Every week he had a different counselor, and he loved them all. Now he is having a great time in MN, SD and ND with my parents. He is going to be a world traveler just like his Papa! We got some books from the library so he could check out what there is to see in those states. May as well turn it into something of a learning experience, right? The girls are missing him, but we are trying to fill their time with fun stuff too.
On Saturday evening we took them for a four wheeler ride and saw some deer. We saw some fawns with all their spots and that was so exciting! I have never seen any fawns in the wild. The girls always love a 4-wheeler ride with Daddy and so do I!
