Today I took Kate in for her five year checkup. She's grown four inches and gained 3 pounds in just 7 months! I can't believe how fast she's growing. No wonder I'm going through the clothes like there's no tomorrow. Along with the fun stuff, there was the rotten stuff to have to do. Yes, she was in for four immunizations. Poor girl, she got double pokes in both arms and now they are sore. She was such a trooper. She didn't cry at all, but she did look like she might faint. She didn't, praise the Lord! The nurse told her she was one of the braveset five year olds she'd had in quite a while, so she walked out of the Doctor's office with four stickers and one sucker! Way to go sweets!
